Official Registration: Please be advised that our reviewer applications and their underlying databases are copyright protected and officially registered with the National Library of the Philippines (NLP). Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is a violation of the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

Prohibited Actions: Users are strictly prohibited from copying, screen recording, screenshotting, redistributing, or selling any part of our review materials. Violation of these terms will result in immediate legal action and permanent deactivation of your account.

3. User Accounts and App Activation

• Single User License: Enrollment and app activation files are granted to a single, specific user for personal review purposes only.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your activation details. Any suspicious activity or "leakage" traced to your account credentials will lead to immediate termination without a refund.

4. Nature of Service (No Guarantee of Passing)

Our reviewer applications are designed as educational tools to assist maritime professionals in their board exam preparations. While we strive for accuracy and excellence, Sea Beaconer Marine Services OPC does not guarantee a 100% passing rate or specific results in any actual maritime board or licensure examinations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sea Beaconer Marine Services OPC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the review materials.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use, particularly regarding the unauthorized distribution of our NLP-registered proprietary content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
