Our company, a premier, prestigious, and one of the prominent maritime review centers in the country today, was originally established in August 1994. Its primary aim is to be of service and instrumental in producing world-class and globally competitive Merchant Marine Officers.

Sea Beaconer is committed not only in assisting seafarers in their preparation for the licensure exam but also in upgrading and in strengthening their knowledge for them to gain professional competence in the performance of their shipboard work function.

Since its inception, our company has already produced thousand of board passers, not to mention some hundreds of board topnotchers in all ranks from operational to management level.

Through the years, its review method has evolved from the traditional and conventional “chalk and talk” classroom review then later blended with computer-based review program. With the advent of modern technology, it has further improved by developing and programming digital review platforms. These are the ONLINE and OFFLINE (Mobile App) self-review tools which enable its reviewees to get prepared for the MARINA Theoretical Exam even while at home or while on board ships, adapting to the New Normal.

Its first 30 years of service has been marked with milestones and accomplishments not just for the company itself but for its successful board passers as well. Today, Sea Beaconer is recorded as the longest running and existing maritime review center in the Philippines.
